Currently, we are now recruiting for one of our most Prestigious and Exciting clients, GoPro, for the position: Cameras Support: Technical Helpdesk Assistant, for the Spanish market. Therefore, we are looking for new talents in the customer care area, which want to engage and build with us a successful project.
Job Title: Helpdesk Customer Care Assistant - to provide support and solve technical issues by telephone, e-mail and chat. (More about GoPro in www.gopro.com)
Minimum skills: Native Spanish speaker (eliminatory)
Strong knowledge of English
Experience in Contact Centre Helpdesk (preferable)
Strong knowledge of Video Editing (Very Preferable)
Strong knowledge of Image Software (Very Preferable)
Availability to come to Portugal until the end of January
Salary: € 800(Base Salary) + Lunch fee + € 100 Bonus (variable after 3 months of work)
Work Schedule: 7 days a week: 2 days off per week - rotational.
Training: 2 weeks of technical training of GoPro cameras equipment fully paid by Sitel. Training will be in English
Start Date: 6th February 2012, Sitel facilities in Lisbon (Portugal)
