Currently, we are now recruiting for one of our most known and prestigious clients, the Biggest Spanish Airline company, for the position: Inbound Assistant - Customer Care Service for the airline customers in the following languages: Italian, German or Dutch.
Job Title: Inbound Customer Care Assistant: To answer all calls from the airline company customers regarding: booking airline tickets, sales assistance and all doubts or questions of the customers.
Minimum skills: Fluent in ONE(or more)of these Languages:
Italian or German or Dutch
Strong knowledge of English
Experience in Customer Care Service
Experience in Sales
Pro customer personality
Work-Schedule: Part-Time: 08h00-12h00 or 15h00-19h00
Full-Time: 08h00-12h00 + 15h00-19h00 (3 hours lunch break)
Since we work for an airline company, the schedule will be for 7 days a week, with 2 days off per week, that will be rotational.
Salary: Full-Time: €775(base salary)+ €6.17(lunch fee per day)+ €50(Rotativity bonus)+ up to €150 Performance bonus + Sales Bonus
Part-Time: €387(base salary) + €3.08(lunch fee per day) + €25 (Rotativity Bonus)+ Performance bonus + Sales Bonus
Training: 4 weeks training about the Airline Reservation system: AMADEUS. Training will be fully paid by Sitel: €20 per day
Start Date: February 2012 in Sitel Facilities - Lisbon.
