Director and CEO seeks Junior Personal Assistant.

The executive is seeking support to help co-ordinate and manage both his work and personal admin.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exceptionally diverse role. Ideal for someone in a Junior position looking for a part-time to expand horizons and gain experience on international business. Appropriate training will be provided.
You can expect a very enriching experience, having to deal with very different Industries, from Luxury Goods to Internet of Things, Hospitality and Medical devices.
Times and work hours can be flexible to fit the right candidate lifestyle requirements.

About the Role
This is an extremely varied role supporting a member of the Executive team at several companies and therefore we require a pro-active and confident individual who can effectively manage a broad range of tasks and initiatives. With excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, you will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have good file management.
Common duties include:
– Multi time zone diary management,
– Liaising (both phone and email) with some of our international key partners/ clients on matters related to invoicing, after sales, customer support and other admin related tasks.
– Prepare necessary documentation ahead of meetings or presentations.
– Notes taking at meetings and summary sharing with all participants.
– Email replying on behalf of management.

About You
– You will be digitally and tech savvy, able to easily navigate between laptops, phones, software and social media channels.
– Organisation and efficiency must be second nature to you as you will be working on an exciting range of different activities and projects.
– You will have bags of initiative and common sense and have a cool head when solving problems as this will be a big part of your role.
– You will be a self-starter with a proactive nature, always looking one step ahead.
– You will be a positive thinker and a positive doer who brings with you a genuine can-do attitude.
– Speaking Portuguese is a bonus, but not essential.
