Your role

We are looking for an HR Admin specialist to support our HR Team! As our HR Admin specialist you maintain personnel records, create HR documents (e.g. employment contracts/job change letters) and updating internal databases. As first point of contact for our HRBP’s & data specialist you are a key player to ensure HR processes and activities are conducted in an accurate and timely manner.

Main Accountabilities:
• Entering employee job data in our HR system
• Creating all the HR documents for our employees
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Answering first-line questions from HRBP’s/line managers and employees
• Liaise with our payroll provider to make sure all employees get paid right and on time (leave of absence, work schedules, sick leave)
• Liaise with 3rd parties, such as benefits providers to ensure proper and timely enrollment, cancelation or changes
• Create and monitor purchase orders
• Working with the HRBP’s to deliver a great employee experience by delivering operational support to all day to day HR activities
• Suggest changes to improve and simplify our HR processes
• Participate in HR projects

Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:

This is a great job for you, if YOU:

• Have an Academic background in Human Resources, Management or Psychology;
• Are fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Have at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in HR, preferably in Admin, Payroll and Time & Attendance;
• Are fluent in English and Portuguese.
