Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Based in our office in Lisbon, but having all EMEA regional projects, this Programmer can have total or partial ownership for development, installation, configuration, trouble-shooting, maintenance and support of software products that supports Sitel Contact Center Operations. Will be responsible for delivering applications that meet client requirements, objectives and Service Level Agreements. Regarding the CTI solutions will support engineers CTI solutions, Installs and configures CTI-related technologies, Configures and programs Central and remote CTI middleware, Provides technical documentation, assistance and training, prepares/modifies and document diagrams and schematics of all CTI infrastructure.

Education:
• Bachelor degree in related fields

Experience Target:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Programmer/Developer in the CTI field

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of different CTI middleware (e.g. Genesys, Altitude, CT Avaya, Vocalcom, etc.)
• Knowledge of Telecom switches (e.g. Avaya, Cisco, etc..)
• Be able to configure, maintain and manage one or all of the above CTI middleware
• Knowledge of programming languages, eg. .Net, C, C#, Visual Basic, HTML, ASP, XML, and Oracle PLSQL
• Knowledge of Database access, preferably Oracle or SQL
• Database Development (Oracle, MS-SQL)
• General knowledge about call centers is an asset
• Good spoken and written knowledge of English with at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, French, Dutch or German (if English is not the mother language).
